About the event
The Youth Leadership Training (TYLT) is a 9-month leadership journey designed to equip young adults aged 18–38 to follow Jesus deeply, lead courageously and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
TYLT exists because we believe young people are not simply the leaders of tomorrow — they have an important role to play in God’s mission today. The course creates space for young adults to grow in their relationship with Jesus, discover their gifts, develop practical leadership skills and learn what it means to serve others with humility and purpose.
Over nine months, participants journey together through teaching, discipleship, mentoring, practical ministry experience and community. They are challenged to grow in biblical understanding, emotional and spiritual maturity, leadership, communication, teamwork and mission. Along the way, they get opportunities to put what they are learning into practice through youth ministry, camps, schools, churches and other ministry contexts.
